I can’t say enough about the quality of these sheds. I’m a framer, I can build a shed but I don’t have an aluminum break and my knees can’t take another roof. Even if I built it myself, the money saved isn’t worth the time to do it. If you’re thinking about building a shed, don’t. During travel, there were 25 mph winds on top of the 65 mph on a highway, and some of the shingles came off. Couldn’t be upset, it happens. However, they had a tech come out and replace the shingles within 48 hours…on a Saturday. The customer service is so good, it’s borderline suspicious….. Side note: If you prime the shed floor with Kilz, you can put a garage floor covering on it (yes I am bragging about my shed)

Had a delivery of a shed 1/14/2026.  The driver was great. He did a great job setting my shed where I wanted it with no issues.  I would recommend Skip’s for anyone looking for a shed.  Its a great business to deal with.

I have been an avid home brewer for many years, but was banished to the garage by my wife because she said I was taking up too much space in the house.  I dreamed of having a two story barn to call my own, but was unsure if it would be even possible or affordable.  Over the course of a couple weeks, I decided the Williamsburg was the perfect home for my home brewery.  At each step of the researching and ordering process, I received superb customer service.  From selecting the extra details, through delivery and installation.  Skip’s service was nothing short of spectacular.  I even received a follow up call a couple days after completion to ensure my satisfaction.  I have recommended to my friends and co-workers to visit Skip’s for their next purchase, as they won’t be disappointed!  Additionally, I did order a matching shed, but use it for the lawn mowers and yard furniture.  Thank you Skip’s for demonstrating that customer service is still alive and well!

I went to the Sutton, MA. office on Monday and had a shed on Tuesday, you don’t get any better then that! The sales people were great there and the man that delivered it and set it up really knew what he was doing, never mind how good he hooked it into the site, my friend saw the name plate that said Skip’s and said that he never heard one bad thing about you people, so I would say that says it all. We recently purchased an 8×12 foot shed from Skip’s. We had to purchase the shed in kit form and have it assembled in our yard. The shed was assembled this past weekend and the two gentlemen that did the work were fantastic. They could not finish the job on Saturday and came back to complete the job on Sunday. These guys were accurate and neat and the shed looks great. These guys made Skip’s look good and they deserve a bonus for a job well done

I want to thank you again for the great customer service I had from Skip’s. In a time when we have numerous choices as consumers, it is rare to find an online shop that has an individual answer the phone who knows the products. Not only did I get a live person who could answer my questions, she could give me a few tips on assembling the chiminea I was interested in because she had put them together herself. Skip’s was incredibly helpful and customer oriented. I will recommend you again.

My shed was delivered on 5/29 and I must tell you all it was a day I shall never forget. Your Techs made it all so easy, they intently listened to my concerns, reassured me all would be well, and performed flawlessly. Oh ya, we also had a few good laughs. The two men that delivered our shed were wonderful and their work ethic was spot on. Their professionalism and accuracy was outstanding.

Quality and Price:
Compared detailed construction specs for a 12×14 shed from Reeds Ferry, Post Woodworking, and Skip’s Outdoor Accents.  Just as an example, the roof shingles and flooring that were standard with Skips were upgrades with the other two.  For the same shed, Skips was at least $1,200 less than the other two.  Did the same comparison with other sheds advertised online, again, Skips won hands down – both in quality and price.
Sales Experience:
Bought my shed at the Sutton Store.  Don, the manager, was terrific.  Patient, knowledgeable, greate advice on options.  Explained pricing, specials, etc.. No problem holding my shed at the store for several weeks until I could take delivery at my new house.
Delivery:
When Joe delivered the shed he couldn’t have been nicer. And what a pro. He placed the shed on the pad in the back of the house and leveled it like it was a toy. Very impressed with his skill.
Customer Service
Had to return the cupola and weathervane I bought with the shed. No problem. Don and Skips’ management gave me a total refund. Had the refund check within a week as well.
