Our Vinyl New England Cape design incorporates the new popular trend in residential homes, Vinyl Board and Batten siding. The traditional look of board and batten siding, without the maintenance!

- (1) 60" locking fiberglass craftsman style, double door with 5" hinges ( 53" double doors on 8' wide sheds) and 6 lite windows
- Doors painted or stained in your choice of 17 paint colors or 2 stain colors (Mahogany and Oak)
- (2) 18" x 36" sliding windows with screens (one window on 10'x10', 8'x10' and smaller sheds) colors available Black, Brown, or White
- 6' 3" side walls framed with 2"x4"s - 16" on center
- 7.5/12 roof pitch constructed with 2"x4" roof trusses - 16" on center
- 6.75" eave and 7.5" gable overhangs
- Diamond Plate kick plate
- Dual gable vents and soffit vents
- 30 year architectural shingles ( 11 color choices - optional metal roof available)
