Nantucket sheds 12' and over in size, need to be assembled on site ( for an additional fee)

- Aluminum trim around doors, fascia and soffit ( your choice of 12 colors standard)
- Pressure treated floor system with: 4"x4" runners, 2"x4" joists (12"on center) and 3/4" plywood
- 60" locking fiberglass double door with 5" hinges ( 53" double doors on 8' wide sheds)
- (2) 18" x 36" sliding windows with screens (one window on 10'x10', 8'x10' and smaller sheds) and vinyl shutters
- 6' 3" side walls framed with 2x4's - 16" on center
- 7/12 roof pitch constructed with 2x4 roof trusses - 16" on center
- 12" front eave, 4" rear eave and 4" rake overhangs
- Dual gable vents and soffit vents
- 30 year architectural shingles ( 11 color choices)
